About the Artist

Veronica is a multifaceted creative with more than 65 artistic outlets, photography being one of her foundations. After 25 years behind a camera, she found herself burnt out by the quick, mindless ease of digital and iPhone photography.

In 2024, everything changed when she began shooting with her grandpa’s film camera—a 1956 Rolleiflex 2.8E. She instantly fell in love with its ability to capture life in an organic, and vintage style. She is inspired by the poetry of everyday life: the way shadows move across a wall, the fleeting moments people often pass by. Through her lens, the ordinary becomes art.

Film photography has taught her to be present—each click deliberate. The medium demands mindfulness and patience. She loves film because each roll has its own character; the colors, grain, and imperfections. When she shoots with intention, the results rarely need editing, allowing the authenticity of the moment to remain intact.

In 2018, Veronica was gifted the chance to experience Sayulita. It has become her happy, healing place and one of her greatest sources of inspiration—a town filled with warmth, vibrancy, and creative possibility. She hopes to capture the Pueblo Mágico in a way that awakens something inside the viewer.

Veronica splits her heart and time between Sayulita and San Francisco, California.
